Although an extreme sports fanatic, of all kinds, all his life, Olaf Johansen's greatest passion is KiteSurfing. Olaf returned to Texas from a surfing expedition in Maui in 2000, loaded to the gills with strange looking gear, for a brand new extreme sport.

KiteSurfing was just becoming popular in Maui & Olaf brought back the best equipment available, at the time. After mastering his Kitesurfing craft in the rugged surf of the Gulf of Mexico, he opened what was then the first and only KiteSurfing School on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Now, there are several KiteSurfing schools in the area. KiteSurfing is fast becoming a major force in the extreme sports world. But none can compare with Olaf's. His dedication & passion for his sport are recognized by KiteSurfing Professionals & amateur enthusiasts across the planet.
